Leadership Development
Everyone has unique gifts and talents. Everyone is capable of great things. I am passionate about working with people to recognize and hone their strengths, as well as to create awareness around areas of leadership that are hard for them, and identify whether and how they want to stretch into those spaces. Drawing on my coaching skills, my certification in Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (MRG's leadership assessment tool) and my experience leading training needs assessments and designing, developing and delivering responsive leadership training, I create measurable change in leadership capabilities and team and workplace cultures.
My specialties include:
-
Building collaborative teams;
-
Developing confident individuals that can access their full array of skills and abilities;
-
Cultivating thriving environments that support innovation, learning and success; and
-
Connecting daily activities and objectives with strategic organizational vision and goals.
"Emma empowers. In five years of working with Emma, I've seen her lead teams and projects with her unique blend of empathy, passion, and kindness. Whether it's a complex project or a straightforward meeting, she imbues collaboration and respect into everything she does. Emma is one of the most emotionally aware leaders I have had the pleasure of working with and learning from. She inspires those around her, and - on an everyday basis - embodies the ethos of what it means to serve - authentically, tirelessly, and courageously."
